Sergio joined the firm in 2008 where he focuses his practice on a wide range of personal injury matters, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, construction accidents, nursing home malpractice, automobile accidents and premises liability cases. After graduating Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Ty became a Trial Preparation Assistant in the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor in New York. He then attended Brooklyn Law School, while working at Bonina & Bonina, P.C., a plaintiff's personal injury and medical malpractice law firm. Ty continued to work at Bonina upon graduating law school where he obtained numerous favorable dispositions and verdicts, including a million dollar verdict in a trip and fall case, and multiple six figure verdicts and settlements in medical malpractice cases. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York, and is a member of several professional organizations, including the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America-NJ, the American Association for Justice, and the Morris County Bar Association.
