| Marcy M. McMann, Esq. is an experienced litigator who concentrates her practice in the areas of criminal law, domestic violence and personal injury. She is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Criminal Trial Attorney.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. McMann was an Assistant Prosecutor in Morris County, New Jersey for 10 years. She prosecuted and tried all types of cases including, but not limited to, homicides, vehicular homicides, sexual assaults, child abuse, robbery, burglary, distribution of drugs and violations of domestic violence restraining orders . As an assistant prosecutor, Ms. McMann was an instructor in trial advocacy for the National District Attorneys Association at the National Advocacy Center located in Columbia, South Carolina. She also trained judges, prosecutors, police officers and attorneys on how to handle domestic violence cases.
Ms. McMann serves on several professional organizations. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Morris County Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Ms. McMann is also the Chairwoman of the Morris County Mental Health Substance Abuse Advisory Board and a member of the Morris County Domestic Violence Working Group.
Ms. McMann is a member of the following bars: States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
